Percentage Values on the Character Information Screen

Hey Summoners,
As you can see, the ability to toggle between Flat Values and Percentage Values has been added to the Character's Information screen. With a simple flick of a toggle, you’ll be able to switch between the flat values representing your Champion’s stats, to the percentage value. This should make it easier for players that are used to the percentage values to understand their Champions capabilities.
This screen compares your stats against a Champion with a Challenger Rating of 100 (the rating of a Rank 5 4-Star, or a Rank 3 5-Star). This allows you to compare your Champion's stats against some of the more difficult opponents in the game, and actually see those stats grow as you Rank Up your Champions. This does mean that 1-Star and 2-Star Champion stats may seem skewed or underwhelming, since you're not likely to use those Champions against a 4-Star Champion. Rest assured, a direct comparison is still accurate. Your 2-Star Ronin is still as strong as it was before and totally capable of taking down another 2-Star Champion.
We understand that it’s important to players to see how the flat values of attributes translate into percentages, and consider this UI change a step in the right direction. In the meantime, we are continuing to develop features that will make it easier to understand how Challenge Rating affects your Champions and opponents throughout the Contest.
