Which mystic to invest in?

I just pulled Spidey Supreme today and he’s fun to play, but I’m not sure if he’s worth investing in due to his nicheness. I have Claire, Rintrah, and Wiccan ranked up, and all 3 of the champs I'm considering taking up are good for the Carina challenge objectives. Any advice on which one to invest in first? All unduped

Out of those, choose who you like to use most. All decent choices.

Juggernaut for sure. If you can avoid DoT champions because Juggernaut gets killed with damaging debuffs, he can pound for pound hit harder than practically any other mystic and his ramp up is super easy - 10 unstoppables and launch sp 2.

imo juggernaut, but choose whoever you like to play the most

Everybody loves big ol’ Juggs. Heck, I took mine to R4 and I love him even more now.
