You obvisouly don't know how incursions work. Everything is random, nobody is "designing" it.

For 2.1, quake is an absolute cheese, you don't even have to know how to play her, just try and you'll see (doesn't work on evade counters still)

Wouldn’t that mean when Emma throw her specials, things will be normal again (double inverted)? Maybe bring in Mr Negative to make things more ‘interesting’.
