Best Counters to use for the Captain America (Infinity War) Boss on Act 6.3.6

Nodes he has: Crit Me With Your Best Shot, Destructive Feedback, Aggression: Fury, Electric Fluctuations - 3, Surging Vengeance
Tip 1: Captain America will not take any damage unless the attack is a Critical Hit (One of his Abilities is where he can Glance any hit, so the Attacker’s Critical Hits will always fail to trigger).
Tip 2: Try not to hit him during Destructive Feedback, as he will reflect any damage absorbed by the Attacker.
Tip 3: He will throw Special Attacks in order, first, he throws SP1, then SP2, then SP3. SP1 and SP2 can be easily Evaded, but for SP3 you will need a Champion who can negate the SP3 Damage.
Tip 4: Do not bring Robots due to Electric Fluctuations.
Tip 5: Spider-Man (Stark Enhanced) and Cassie Lang are must uses for the Boss as they both have access to Taunt and Critical Hits.
Tip 6: Other options like Colossus, Killmonger, Titania, Aegon, Cosmic Ghost Rider, the Ghost Trinity, Hawkeye, Rocket Raccoon, Gwenpool, Corvus Glaive, or Kate Bishop are also best uses.
Tip 7: If you’re going for Star-Lord, bring the Synergy with Mantis and choose the Water Element for Power Drain.

Spider-Man (Stark Enhanced) and Cassie Lang have access to Taunt Debuffs and Critical Hits, which make them a great counter to both Crit Me With Your Best Shot and Surging Vengeance.
Kate Bishop is very useful for the Boss, as she gains Precision and Cruelty Passives from her SP3, and when she has the opponent's back against the wall, they will be 60% more likely to throw Special Attacks.
And lastly, Colossus, Killmonger, and Ghost with The Hood Synergy can negate his SP3 Damage.
