Why can't the dual class crystals be permanent?

Especially the 6* crystals. We're paying extra shards for them. Why can't we buy the ones we want whenever we want?

    I think we’re due for 6 crystals now. Add skill/science, mystic/cosmic, and tech/mutant if you’re gonna make us pay extra.

    Instead of making them all permanently available, they should just decrease 12.5k requirement to 10k since 4* and 5* Dual Crystals cost the same as the Regular Crystal.
