Bishop or Omega Red to R3 (or Kingpin/other?)

Wanting to take the next champ or two to R3, provided they're viable enough.
Was thinking either Bishop or Omega Red, but wasn't sure who would be a better fit. I also have Kingpin, but I've been waiting to either Dupe him, or pull a Hood. Neither has happened so far.
And, for reference, these are my current top champions, my R3's:
Of my non-ranked 6*'s, I don't really have anyone of note except: Ultron (not duped), CGR (duped, but I also have him 5* maxed), OG Hulk (duped, unsure how he is after the buff), Sorcerer Supreme (duped), Void (not duped).
