I think I get what you’re saying OP… just make sure the silver quick but without starting quest into battlerealm over the ISO on rank 4 intercept maybe alliance maybe?

He’s referring to how a lot of newer summoners have a 4 star QS, but he’s wondering why he doesn’t. That was a limited time event and it’s passed on now.

You didn't get a 2 star of him? Which rarity are you referring to and have you tried opening many crystals or a few only. Not sure what your trying to say here.

After reading the title again I think OP means he get quicksilver (understanding his rotations), it's a very hard rotation to learn. You can't just smash buttons and hope for the best. OP should watch youtube videos to properly use him....

That was a limited time event of only two weeks during December 2022, next new champion u get from mails is December this year
