Has someone done a special 3 in his cooldown state and saw that he gained a charge of fury?

I am just looking the best way to accumulate fury charges for him.

How do you use him for his best offensive output? I just find myself timing out in aq when using him.

    He's best for defense especially awakened, I have an awaked 4* and a normal 5*. The down side is damage out put is low. I did notice my 5* version will get more fury than my 4*
