Arena is still broken without any cheating check it seems

When there was announcement in increasing in check for cheating in BG, they stated that there will also increase in check in other game mode like arena. However it doesn’t seem to be the case.
Just looked at the just finished arena, how many of those is without alliance at all. Personally, i have ms marvel undupe and thought it will be a easy to get it to awaken her in case she get buff in the future. I missed last 2 ms marvel arena with score of 90 and 97 mil. How many legit players will grind for her tbh at that score? It is not hard to get the score but not without effort. In addition, a lot of name on the leaderboard are from some high tier alliance. How many of those actually grind for her themselves ? That’s worth some discussion about it.
