Honestly, best advice is rank up who you like. For r3 options, those are great.

R4, prestige wise, Dr Doom, alternate would be hulkiling

R3 after valkeryie would be scorpion

Actually I like to play CAIW and Colossus more than other mine Rank 2s

Only issue with CAIW is that he needs not only awakening but high sig level as well. I love him, he's my favorite science in my roster right now, but he does have that flaw.

Doom would be a great r4 choice. I was personally going to make him my second r4 after Claire until I awakened Herc and my plans changed.

If you can awaken CAIW and Colossus then they would be great options but they really need the awakening to shine at rank 4.
