Game Didnt Count A Part Of My Path Completed

Im currently 100% act 4 and I should have recieved 100% on this quest but instead I got 98% which makes no sense at all as I have completed the path. However the game shows I done the path but also havent which makes no sense at all to me so what do I do?

    When Kabam revamped the early acts some of the paths got merged together and to compensate they removed progress on already completed paths. Not a bug.

    No, your entire ACT-4 is clearly missing Chap 4, quests 4 and 5.

    When they revamped the entire ACT's 1 thru 4, only those ACT's that were previously 100% got to stay at 100%.

    Others who dashed by those Acts without fully exploring them have to deal with combined, changed, and deleted paths as a result of the revamp. Which is why some paths seem to be “patchworked” now that you are going back to finish up Act 4.
    Thus your quest 4:4:3 is only 98%

    Do that revised path again, and it will be explored.
