ISO and rank up materials

I finally got cavaliar and I did my first variant with rank 4 5*'s and 2 rank 5's. But I'm facing an issue. How do I get ISO-8 to level up my champions and how do i get tier 2 alphas and tier 5 basics?
If you were wondering, the champions i want to take up are:
Rank 1 6* storm, 6* ibom
Rank 4 5* Havok, Rintrah
And I have a 6* diablo which I want to know if he's good after his buff because when I used him couple years ago he sucked so...
