1* Captain America retroactive reward?

With the new 1* Captain America being given as a reward for completing Act 1 chapter 1, I was wondering if the people that already completed it are going to get the champ retroactively sent to us or is the only way for us to get it now to spend units and buy the 1* crystals?

They won’t send us the new 1*s; you can get them either from the 1* crystal or from the collector crystal that comes in special events

Actually past precedent shows that Kabam usually does send you the updated items that they have added to old content if you've already completed said content.

Usually they announce that they will which is why I waited a couple weeks to even ask this question but with no announcement I figured I'd ask.

Opened 10 of them 1* crystals and got both starky and cap. Doesn't hurt if you got spare units to spend and luckily pull em, but not always the case.

True it's not a lot of units but with Lol, Abyss, EoP, Gauntlet, act 6,7,8 exploration etc etc does anyone really have "spare" units? I know I sure don't.
