Awakening help

Just looking for some valuable guidance on best uses for a science and mutant awakening gem. These are the champions I have at the moment that are not awakened. do any of them really need awakened to be great or should I hold onto them for a more needed champ?

For reference, I really like using Quicksilver and titania although i just picked her up recently and am still learning her mechanics. And on the mutant side, I really like using Apocalypse, Red mags, and bishop. I have not tried using storm since her rework and I don't use domino very often but I would like to change that in the future.

Definitely Spidey2099 if you're into him and if you are doing story apoc's dupe helps save items (regen).
