Does shuri need high sig?

Got shuri awakened and thinking of r4ing her for defense, does she need high sig?

May want to wait to see overhaul. I’m not sure she’s super as she is right now, but there’s hope she gets tuned.

I agree with Dr Zola about waiting for the overhaul before ranking up further, but i'll add that my unduped r3 Shuri is really fun in questing and is doing well for me on defence as well.

No, her dup is great for blocking unblockable specials, but her dup level is useless
