T1/P3 & Map 6 Ally Looking for 1/2

Rico's Roughnecks is looking for 1/2 recruits, to join our alliance.

For war, we currently do 2BG, and we're in Tier 1 - we always finish in P3.
For AQ, we currently do 666. We could do 888, but don't see the point in spending 1.3m gold a week, for 1-3k R4 Mats.
