TFTF compensation google play users get hung out too dry

My accounts on the two games were linked by Google play because there was an issue that wouldn't allow me to log in kabam I'd because it would claim my email was in use but also wouldn't accept my email then claiming it dosnt exist. So I just linked my accounts through Google play. I've played transformers for about 2 years and even spent some money but it seems I will not receive any compensation. We're google play users kept in mind when compensation was pushed?

I had the same issue with MROC. Never got a thing, though I definitely qualified for the top package.

Hey there,

We did say pretty explicilty that you MUST link your accounts to the same Kabam Account. We don't have the ability to read or match Google Play or iOS Game Center accounts.
