New BG season New BG Bug: The Player Declined Bug?

Today I tried to play a match in BG and I was waiting for matchmaking to happen. When an opponent is available the count down timer starts. And when it hits the 9 or 8 it shows "Player Declined the match"
It appeared multiple times today consecutively for more than 5 times. Then I restarted the game and it did solve the issue. I thought that was some coincidence but just now saw a youtuber with that bug and then I realised it could be a bug.

Yeah they appeared on the last 2 days of last season, its not a bug... Its "bots" declining matches so u can't score in GC.. i had 16 matches declined total on the last day..

The end of last season showed that there are individuals out there willing to spend their time in matchmaking just to block others from being able to play. Could it be a bug? Sure, what can’t be a bug these days. But it could also just be a handful of turds with nothing better to do than make life miserable for others. Your reboot could’ve just altered your pattern and timing enough to get you out from under whoever was doing it.

I've been having that happen multiple times today too. But I assumed it was someone trying to match an alt account for free wins. I suppose it could be a bug instead, either way it sucks.

Oh I didn't know that ,the reason I thought it was a bug was because the decline happens at the 9th or 8th of the count down
