Archangel is cheat code for anything that bleeds and can be poisoned, probably best candidate
Guardian becomes very tanky, but only with max sig
Moleman and Strife benefit a lot from awakening and high sig, if you like them feel free to give awakening

Do Valkyrie if you have the sig stones to take her to max sig. If not, AA is your best option. He shreds through anything and everything that bleeds.
