Who were you facing? If you're facing someone like Longshot who has increased ability accuracy, then neutralize does nothing. Also any node that increases ability accuracy can mess with that.

I fought proxima, vodoo but nothing happened. They just kept gaining fury. Not even one failed to nullify the buffs. It makes no sense why stagger works but neutralize doesnt.

Which quest and what are all the nodes?

This is purely speculation so bare with me:Proxima reduces enemy offensive AA by 200% when blocking, so perhaps that decrease makes it so that Neutralize doesn't work because its seen as an offensive ability and she was only getting furies when blocking. And Voodoo gains AA or reduces opponent AA based on his combo. So either the reduction in your AA makes it work the same as Proxima, or the increase in his AA makes it so that neutralize doesn't work because it reduces opponent AA to gain buffs by 100%Wheter Neutralize not working in the scenario where your AA is reduced and the neutralize has already been applied is intentional idk, but it seems like the most logical example to me. That, and you getting extremely unlucky with how things lined up if my theory is correct
Okay thank you guys for the response, i am just gonna guess these were just bad matchups dude ability accuracy.
