Trade-In Quest Crystals

Anyone think there’s any chance of these coming back as available to non-sigil players? It seems those of us who don’t have the sigil will just keep earning quest crystals with nothing to do with them. I could open them to sell the small bits of iso for gold, but the trade-in crystals are much more useful.
