Is hulking immune to Elsa’s bleed degen?

Hi,
Probably a stupid question but is hulking immune to the degen that elsa places on you if she is bleeding? I thought only mutants were immune to it. I run suicides and placed her on defense against a hulking in BGs and he finished with near full health.

    edit: actually, are you in Victory track?
    Then conflictor eats up your bleed at the start. Sorry, that fight is very easy with VT nodes.

    Yeah I was reading hulking’s kit and he does reduce heal block duration but even then surely he would’ve taken some decent damage
