Sandman and shocker playstyles predictions

What are your predictions for their playstyles? I feel like sandman will have safety Nets Luke peni Parker and punishments like korg and shocker will have high burst damage like galan and hood.

If anything he'd be more like quake or shuri. He doesn't use any sort of electric powers. His are more sound/Shockwave based.

He will have shock immunity
Energize
His sp1 is unblockable
Looks like he'll have stun and physical vulnerability
He has a really hard hitting heavy

It seems that some newer champs counter, or somewhat counter, class disadvantage. So I'm guessing that Sandman will inflict some sort of debuff that cannot be shrugged off and that Shocker will be armor break immune (but without an armor up buff). Or he will punish armor break similar to Dragon Man etc...

I hear sandman brings a new mechanic - sand in your eyes. Just like the real thing where you'll need to blink really fast, you will have to tap as fast as you can to get your vision back. Combine that with server speeds and the near perfect input system... and it makes a fun and exciting new gaming opportunity.
