Void would be my best guess. Should handle that buffet Regen well, and should kill it once arc overload happens. Though can you stay alive long enough to get fear of the void and petrifies going with 50% evade?

If you have some points on MD you gonna spam Sp3 all the time. Just be carefull to avoid the indestructible when throwing it

Wiccan is typically amazing for anything Hulkling related, but in this case, looks like you're in a pretty high zone right now. Chip damage alone would probably kill Wiccan.

Can't touch this node is gonna make it a PITA too.

I'd probably go with Rintrah if you have him. Super tanky, and can control the buffs too.

I suppose since his debuffs can reduce evade ability accuracy

I'm a noob of Incursions.
So anytime someone asks for tips, first thing in my mind is max sig thing with recoil active.

He counters
all dot, degen, secondary damage etc.
+ Nullify immunity too op.
+ he counters most regen with help of 99 zone degen debuff hacks with despair.
