Black cats bleeds where not working against thing in war

Was just using black cat against thing and her bleeds where not activated or abilities either can you look into it please

    He is bleed immune, what do you mean by bleeds not activated?
    You mean his rock stacks didn't fall off as bleed was prevented by an immunity?
