My game is stuck and I can’t play

After acquiring the April Fool’s crystal my screen is stuck and I can’t do anything. I tried logging in and out still nothing. Please help me.

    Do you have the pop-up selector on your screen ?
    You have to proceed thru with selecting the Title (item), and then that pop-up will go away and you'll have the new Title available.
