Just take your top champs and medusa can handle sentinel boss.

Medusa will shut down Sentinel with armor shatter and boss is yours
aside from that i would worry about havok, if you're going easy path. (bring in champion with armor up to counter his plasma)

I have not started Act 6, but I would say Sunspot for sure, Medusa is one of my favorite cosmic champs and can shut down Sentinel like what Fantomaxop said, Invisible Woman could be useful, and probably even Diablo.
