Again with the leftover crystal shards??

Just like last month did all the objectives and have 1000 shards left over. Makes no sense!

Although I guess not much is making sense these days haha

I'm don't know why they stopped doing that store offer to buy shards to get you up to the next full crystal amount at the end of each quest cycle.

People used to complain all the time that if they missed even one tiny thing, they couldn't get all the rewards. So progressively over time the devs have added extra rewards to quests and objectives and even calendars so that in many cases missing one thing doesn't prevent you from getting the intended maximum rewards. So now people complain the design is illogical because there' stuff left over.

Even if someone hasn't been around for a long time, it shouldn't take a lot of thought to understand why there would be extra rewards left over in a situation like this. It only makes no sense for someone looking for reasons to complain.

On the scale of complaining in this forum I’d say this pretty dang low. Also I was not complaining!!

Just don’t understand the reasoning. If you mess up something and miss out on shards or whatever that’s on you. Guess I’m slightly ocd but it just bothers me to have useless leftovers

They designed it for a certain max number of crystals to be obtainable via shards, but provided for certain allowances or combinations of effort in order to achieve the shards needed to reach that max # of crystals.

Give it a week, until the crystals expire (allows a week after events end in order for everyone to use their shards to get the crystals), and then they will go away and you won’t have to worry about seeing the excess amount of shards sitting there.
