LF a group to boost one Bg in war to match the others

HOTD. Is our tag. We run map 6 with epic modes for an average of 5,500 glory units. Now let’s talk business. We have a group of players that have been doing amazing and before I lose them, I want o find a group that can match to our top performers. We were able to reach tier 4 wars last season running two BGs. We got a bunch of skillful players. But trying to go to 3 BGs, we can get the same results. A good bunch in the alliance can’t handle tier 4 nor 5. Our battlegrounds score dropped from 7k last year to 5k. Good chances we will finish 6k but still a drop.     Currently seating in gold 1. Would like to bring a group or Bg right away after battlegrounds rewards. But open to begin planning ahead for a next season union.
