Black screen issue in battle ground

What is this, how it is possible. Im received black screen in 1st match after that lost 2nd match within 1 secs.

Dude I just had the same problem. After the first round it wouldn't let me pick attackers or defenders. And I didn't get to fight I was automatically dead with zero points for the next 2 rounds, its such bs because I would have easily won. Is it a bug or is the opponent cheating?
