Shocker Nerf

I saw a few yters mention that Shocker had a slight unannounced nerf. Has there been any mention? I just bought the early access yesterday and want to know if I got the most bang for my buck lol

The only part that I take issue with is the Champion Deepdive advertising the bugged damage and no official word or edit to that prior to the pre release
