I'm Uncollected and am about to reach level 40. Who should my first rank 2 6* be? All champs are unduped

I personally love Dr. Doom because of his power control. If timed right, u can pretty much prevent or at least minimize the use of sp2 or sp3.

A r2 doom got me to tb. Easily the best option here.

Doom took care of grandmaster for me, best option. If you dupe AA then he should be second
