Sinister Vault Shopping List Strategy

With all zone maps getting revealed thanks to @Cat_Murdock , i realised this side quest is nothing but a shopping list. We get 56 keys in total. So it is lame to keep completing zone 1 and zone 2 till zone 3 unlocks in tier 5. Just because you get 2 keys everyday, you don't need to spend them. Instead handpick only the important items you need and save keys. Do same when zone 3 and zone 4 unlocks. After that you will have spare keys to shop across tier 4 and even tier 3. Cat_Murdock's sheets are just shopping catalog, pick what you want to buy but wait for all items to be available in the shop to spend wisely. Also sit back and relax to get all departmental codes for new item section, the community will let us know. This is the best grocery.

Dude they are legendary shards not worth it

Solid approach. I expect to skip gold whenever possible and may even dip into Threat Level 3 for the T2a and 6* shards.

I suspect the 6* AG will be locked behind exploration rewards as opposed to in one of the chests. And bear in mind you only get enough keys to full explore 2 threat levels. Risky strategy imo.

Well, you need 28 passes to explore one level, which gives you 28 extras. Seems like a lot of wiggle room to get that AG if you’re correct.

OP suggests sitting on keys, which is a pretty sound idea. We are only a week+ away from seeing all the prizes available.

Oh yes, plenty of wiggle room. As long as you’re mindful of it. Seen a few people saying they won’t do certain paths in level 5- gold for example. Not doing it and using the keys elsewhere to maximise cav shards or T1A or T4B for example could leave someone feeling a bit foolish.

Of course I could be very wrong and the AG is in a chest 🤷‍♂️

The quest would have to show that under the quest rewards button, has to be in a chest

Side note: I find it odd the keys allow you to finish a pair of zones, but then force you to wait a day for the hint to move onto the next zone. Timing seems messed up.
