UI and Champion Input Lag

Anyone else currently having issues?
Last night in arena my champs were totally missing well timed blocks, parries, evasions, standing still in mid combo or even missing the 5* power bar activation when pressed. Now I'm in 5.2.4 towards the end on electro and its happening again.
Android 7, LG Stylo, full 4g LTE signal
Yep, reset and all that standard jazz. Processor and RAM are also running great.
