Account purchase history

I've been trying to get help to reset my account details because someone was able to get into my account and I'm unable to get them out, so far everytime I have given the required details to kabam, something isn't right. I can't exactly give the right date on the question about the first 2 money purchases in-game because the first ever purchase I made was before I linked my account to my Google Play where it doesn't show up, and I don't have that card anymore. I have 2 other purchases that show up on my account but apparently those aren't acceptable answers. It really feels like I'm going in circles.
