Longer Matching Times

Figured I would knock out some objectives before BGs rolls over.

Then figured I would just cancel after waiting 2 minutes.

Anyone else seeing longer than “usual” matching times?

I have been averaging 45seonds to a minute this time round. Very weird.

With all the bugs going on and the roster matchmaking in place, a lot of people who are in your league around your roster level are probably not matchmaking more than 3 times every 2 days.

I can't speak for everyone, but I know that I, myself, have been turned off from BGs due to how hard it is to just climb the Victory track facing giant accounts all the time.

Sounds plausible. I played BGs next to none the past couple of weeks and then went on vacation and played them even less.

When I have gotten matches, it’s usually Incursions Legends around 16K prestige. Matches are won/lost often via draft.

Most veteran accounts at our caliber (Paragon ~16k prestige) have limited their participation to daily objectives.
That’s what I’m doing, and that’s what most of my ally mates are doing too.
It ain’t fun fighting 16k accounts back to back, trying to string 3,4 or 5 win in a row, in order to make it to GC.
I’m personally settled doing mainly the “play 3 matches” objective, mostly ignoring BGs at their current state.

Account based MM has been widened this season. Not on my low end, just the number of 6r5s I'm seeing on opponents, lol.

Most people have advanced further into the victory track if they were gonna do so. Just not a lot of people in silver right now.
