Why i think Psycho man should be good+Psycho man improving ideas

So let me start with this fact:I really like Psycho man. Used a generic awakening gem on him over 6* Herc, he was my 2nd r4 might be first r5, I think he's really cool, also I returned to the game the month he came out. Now, Psycho man have great utility! Only champ in the game that makes opponent throw heavy attacks, was the first counter to Kitty pryde before Nimrod, have a great passive taunt, can make opponents defensive, etc. He also have great animations, but there's no balance in him-You want good dmg? Throw his utility out the window, and vica versa, it shouldn't be that way! Cuz it takes away so much of the champion! Also, Kabam has that habit of making joke/minor villains pretty good. Like Spot, Shocker. So I think Psycho man fits on that category. How his problem could be solved? Well:
Psycho man have 3 modes:Hate, Doubt, Fear. Each is about punishing an action of the defender and gaining from it.
Hate-punish heavy
Doubt-punish block
Fear-punish Speical attacks.
Only one of these modes have damage in it-Hate. Sp2 furies, sp1 Shocks... u could get the Shocks then rotate every now and then to refresh them, but then as I said the utility gets thrown out the window. So he should get these things added to him:
While in Fear mode:each time the opponent throws special attack/each time you punish it, inflict the opponent with an indefinite power sting, dealing X damage when a special attack activates (these won't go away) it fits cuz as I said in that mode he punishes special attacks. Now for Doubt mode:that mode is about punishing block, hit the block, so he should get built on it basically the Valkirye kit. Pierce buffs on blocked hits, red numbers that grow and grow... lastly I think he should get a miss on his heavy attack like Tigra, Cassie... since he shrinks. Thank you for reading.

My 6-Star is in line for 20 sig addition. Think I have to pay him a bit more attention. How is he in Act 7.2?

Um idk... as I said u either use him for dmg or utility so not good in general but if there r nodes where u need taunt or power drain and stuff he can do it I guess, Shocks too...

Let me add on to your suggestions: Power Gain passive for punishing Heavies, SP, and blocks

Hate: inflict passive concussions on opponent heavies, inflict shock SP1, Gain Fury on SP2,
Heavies: reapply Fury and Shock debuff,

Fear: Inflict Passive Cowardice (not concussion) on Opponent Specials, SP1 inflicts Power Sting per bar of enemy power, SP2 inflicts Delayed Stun that activates after Opponent SP (It's a trap) and heavies inflict Taunt

Doubt: Power Gain during opponent's block, SP1 gains Pierce Buff, SP 2 still Unblockable but relies on opponent's block proficiency, Heavy inflicts Intimidate

I like the Concussion on Speical attacks tho... used it to solo eop Dormmamu with him

I remember Psycho Man used to be very effective against epileptic opponents.

I agree man. I would do the same for Mister Fantastic. As soon as I found out last year that he was in the game this entire time, I started playing. Got him as a 3* and MAXED him out and gave him a 3* generic. Massive Fantastic Four fan and to this day I am still hunting down a 4*, 5*, or even a 6* Mister Fantastic, even though I have 4 5*s.
