R4 help Kitty or Doom

I have kitty and doom at r3 and dont know who to rank. Kitty is sig 67 and I just awakened doom he is sig 5 (lol) so im unsure yet of who to take. For reference i have Tigra at r3 so kitty would be nice but doom is doom. I would take doom to max sig if I r4ed im for sure.

Any recomendations are appreciated
