arena wins prize not received

I would like to complain about not receiving the event award win in the arena, my nickname in the game is richardrsf.

Same here, no rewards.

Are others experiencing this issue? If it’s limited then those of us affected will likely need to open tickets.

Didn't get level up awards yesterday, though it shows I ranked 511 on leaderboards...

i haven't received my arena awards either.
