Did not get the safe from zone 2

Was playing zone 2 today. Completed the quest, got the 3 t5b. But did not get the safe. Is there any other way to get it?

Couple days back I took cav shard path in zone 2. Did not get the safe either.

    You need to take the path that has Ronan and Diablo to get the safe. It is on a set path in the quest.

    So if I get it one time, the key from the safe will be available always?

    The second Announcement down on this page about Sinister Vaults shows what is on each path in each zone (including which path in each zone has the safe)

    Yes, you just need to get the key from the safe one time.

    The keys in the calendar you can only use once each to do a path.
