Cosmic Rank Up?

Hello all,
Currently have the follow Cosmic 6*s that are available for rank up:
Gorr
Angela
CGR
Knull
Nova
VenomPool
CapMarvel (OG)

I do have a Cosmic Awakening Gem.
I do have the resources to take 2 (maybe 3) to R3.

Who would you take up, based off of your experience? Which would be your priority? Why would you chose the order you are choosing?

In my mind, CM (OG) would be last. Gorr had a buff and looks better than before (in videos). CGR and Angela are considered top tier by some but I haven’t had them so unsure why.

I am trying to avoid wasting rank up materials on ineffective champs.

    He requires no skill, and is probably the fastest ramp up and damage in the game. BG king attacker also.

    Need no, but it is very helpful IF you are in the business of ramping him up before every sp2
