I need help out of the negative zone!!

So for the past 3 or 4 years I’ve been stuck on the negative zone meaning I can’t spend no units at all whatsoever not even 1, I can’t get parry or dexterity💀. How I got there was that I used my moms credit card on mcoc and spent about 350 dollars on it and it locked me out. So I can’t get out of it. I really need help cause I saved up about 25k units in the past 3 or 4 years.

Hmm i think when you refund, it works but they give you negativ units. Means, you would need to put in the same money to „unlock“ your units again. It’s 350 dollar please.

Actually, how you got there is that after you spent $350, your Mom probably contacted credit card company about a charge she didn’t know about (or was much higher than you hinted to her that it would be) and they issued a refund to her.

But Kabam can’t take back items when credit card does the refund (they could have if you contacted Kabam directly if you accidentally do a purchase but don't actually use the stuff bought).

So now, Kabam is out that 350, but you are NOT out of the stuff you bought. So you will have to pay Kabam that 350 again to get yourself out of that Negative Units status. Just earning Units in-game doesn’t count towards that, only real money will.

I would suggest to get a hold of Annilius since he's the ruler of the Negative Zone. He can help you get out fo the Netgative Zone for sure.

Summer is coming, you can mow the lawn or get a job to pay the $350 that Kabam is asking for; it is the only way out.

If you have a piggy bank with allowance money, you can break the bank and payment towards it.

How you got ahold of your moms credit card and charged it up like that is beyond me.

But as the other comments in this thread have suggested, I’d say to get yourself some work and pay off your debt. Or start a new account clean.
