Arena Express Mode?

Was watching the stream and noticed they only spoke about the arena rewards change? was this the "arena express" that was mentioned or was this forgotten about?

As the stream is currently going it does seem to feel like it will not be mentioned as they normally leave the giveaway until the end..

Details coming in the release notes. They didn’t say anything about us getting info in the stream.

It does also say Friday and today is Friday so there is a chance they could have said something on stream, they could have left the updated rewards for the notes only but did not. Just doesn't seem right they don't announce it on stream and just leave it for the notes.
