How powerful would Synergies and Pre-fights be in BGs?

Note: When I say Pre-fights, I mean prefight abilities like Heralds or Horsemen, Odin and Wags prefights, Spot's science buff immune prefights, etc. Champions with pre-fight abilities that can be utilized by other champions. Not like HT with his Nova Flame as that can only be used by him and only HT

Let me know what you think of the idea of synergies being in Battlegrounds as well, please.

With that in mind, how powerful would synergies and pre-fight abilities be in Battlegrounds and would you want this in-game?

No, pre-fights is not possible because you are fighting one at a time, its not like you can select Odin and then switch. If they change the approach to so that then the entire strategy component of countering opponent's defender is gone.

Synergy is too complicated to add to a timed format like battlegrounds. Its barely enough time to strategize a counter, much less look through all synergies.

You can't use synergy in BG. But own champ prefight can be selected .. such as HT Diablo Absorbing man etc.

I clarified that. I asked what people think about the idea of them being added. HT, Diablo, etc can all use their own prefights but it can't shared with other champs like Odin's prefights. Thats what i was asking. Synergy is also not in-game for Battlegrounds which is why, again, I asked what people would think about it if it was

Battlegrounds is an entirely new game mode that seems to be the main focus for the majority of the community (Not everyone) so Kabam could also put a lot of focus into improving or adding into it as well as focusing on other aspects like new champions, quests, QOL updates, etc. I'm not saying it's possible now but I'm just asking what people (members of the MCOC community) would think about the basic idea of incorporating synergies and champion sharing pre-fights *possibly* being added into BGs

Apocalypse and Cable would go hard. Having both on the same draft, Apocalypse as a defender with 4 prowess at the start (stun when block) and Cable as an attacker spamming heavies applying degen like crazy.

Synergies would be too much in battlegrounds. Some synergies are quite niche and others actually would have annoying defensive implications to beware of, not to mention interactions with masteries.

They would be even more unbalanced.
In AW defense you would be able to mix 5 champions and get OP synergies, and that’s mainly why it doesn’t happen.
Now imagine at BGs a mix of 7 champs synergies together 😂

Now just imagine if relics could count as synergy partners for the champion they are on. That would create some interesting dynamics.

Still overpowered, and I can't think of a way they could be implemented without breaking the game mode even more than it already is since pre-fights abilities are, you know, applied on the pre-fight screen. So this would involve figuring it out a way to allow players to change their selected champion before the fight, which would also lead to all kinds of exploits.

BGs is balanced because, in ideal conditions, both players know exactly which champion was selected by their opponent. Being able to switch after a choice was made goes against this rule completely

How about fixing the mode first and then start talking about adding things?
Battlegrounds are already running poorly due to severe bugs, anything additional would just create more bugs at this point.
This whole discussion would have any meaning if the mode run descent.
That’s not happening now unfortunately.

Ok. I agree with a lot of the points made here. Synergies and champion sharing prefights are either too OP, unbalanced, unrealistic, or just flat out frowned upon. I gotta say, i disagreed at first but after carefully reading each response to this, I can agree with all of these points. This was just a discussion to get people's opinion on something and now I see, and agree
