Battlegrounds are Unplayable

I am a player who competes for the top 1 and I am losing due to connection problems. This is very frustrating. I would like to know if kabam is already aware of this problem that has been happening for 5 days.

    Es frustrante la forma en la que estamos intentando jugar bg ya que no podemos ni siquiera elegir los personajes para atacar o defender

    Es súper molesto, peor que uso insignias y pierdo sin pelear porque no me deja elegir personajes, gastamos constantemente en el juego, merecemos un buen desempeño de este

    I'm not one to usually agree on these, in the past have seen a fair few sporadic bugs maybe 1 in 10 games, but last few days, can barely pick champs every other game.

    Fun question: if they were to announce that the trade-off for more robust anti-cheat mechanisms in the game for bgs came at the cost of a reliable connection for some, what would the overall player base response be?
