Why did kabam get rid of Variants Quests !?

Variant 8 was released around 2021 and two years later and still no new chapters!? Some were really fun why not just keep adding them and updating the rewards ?

Come on kabam bring us challenging fun content. New EoP, Variants, boss rush, etc.

    They just brought out 8.2. Eop is still very fresh. New content drops today.

    They aren’t going to release challenging content every month or two. That’ll make the rewards that content offers considerably less than what they are now.

    Variants also lost who they were meant to target. It was meant for mid to end game, but often was too much for mid level and not enough reward for end game.

    Variant content is targeted at cav players, and with how much cav players already get, it isn't worth the time nor resources to piece together another variant.

    I personally enjoy the variant content and would love to see them again

    From April 2022 to March 2023, here’s the list of endgame and story content that was released:

    16 EOP fights
    16 EOP fights repackaged in 4 sets of 4
    8.1 (36 paths)
    16 EOP fights repackaged with objectives and Nameless Thanos, in two paths of 8
    The Gauntlet re-released from summer 2021
