    I read this 3/4 times and thought "what's the point" but I'm guessing it's targeted for champs that either do more damage or lower ability accuracy for each non damaging debuff?

    I don't have it unlocked so I can't see the suggested champs.

    It's actually great for Black Cat. She can keep her abilities paused as long as the relic fails. Right?

    That is the point but It still funny how a striker abillity is designed to do nothing

    I imagine it is for champs that do something when an ability fails to trigger. Is a shame that stuff is class locked as it would be pretty amazing on domino.

    That actually makes a lot of sense… Just tested it and it works, as long as you don’t mind lots of ‘beep!’ text on screen every time an ability fails
