This is really a problem kabam

I recently became paragon and the threat 5 objective of new sq showed up which gives a generic ag and 8k 6 star shards, but i had already explored threat 5 episode 1 earlier today so in the objective it doesn't show 1 out of 4 episodes explored but 0. I also tried one path of threat 5 again but no use. Pls look into this kabam if i can't get those rewards why show it?

    Contact support and they might be able to manually give you a point

    That's because you have to fully complete the whole level before one shows up...this is a weekly event so you probably won't be able to get the AG/shards until the final week.

    No, OP is right. When you explore the side quest, you get 1/4 points in the solo objective. I got paragon yesterday, and that's what happened for me. This is a game issue, contact support

    The issue is the quest is designed to give a point upon 100% exploration being reached. The system doesn't look back to see if it is 100% explored, it just waits to be told when you have finished exploring.
