Maybe I missed something about this boss but what I seen was he had a 60% increased ability accuracy. I didn’t see anything about him being immune to ability accuracy reduction. I used Crossbones against him and easily built to 6-9 fury’s so -120 to -180 ability accuracy. He still evaded like crazy. Is there a bug or am I just missing something?
