What rank up should i do?

I need tips! I dont know what to chose in that decision, should i get my iron man (infamous) 5 stars rank 5? or get rank 4 black widow (claire voyant), it is actualy rank 1 tho, any anwser will be cool for me.

    i’d go for claire as i find myself using her more but it depends on the rest of your roster
